What's New
New Board of Directors
At the Annual Meeting on November 8, 2025, a new Board consisting of 5 members was elected. The Board decided on the following roles for the members:
Nancy Cunningham - President
Kevin Seiwell - Vice President
Rick Frank - Treasurer
Michael Sevast - Secretary
Butch Jefferson - At Large
Property Management
Also at the Annual Meeting, the Association approved hiring a Property Manager to work with the Board in 2026-2027. A contract was signed with SeaScape Property Management and a meeting was held with the Board on November 26. We will be transitioning to SeaScape management in the month of December. EasyHOA will be discontinued in January. More information to follow.
Bay Landing Volunteer Groups
The Bay Landing community has several volunteer groups and your participation is welcomed. The Landscape workgroup is responsible for assisting the Board in fulfilling its maintenance and beautification responsibilities for the common area grounds. The Social and Welcoming group will plan and promote social activities and events for the community as well as welcome new members and arrivals. The Architectural Review Committee reviews and approves requested changes to properties to ensure they match Bay Landing's guidelines. These volunteer groups report to the Board but do not require regular meetings, minutes, and reports to the Board as is required for HOA Committees such as Finance and Rules committees.
Please contact us by email if you would like to volunteer. There is no minimum commitment.

On this website you will find all publicly available Association materials using the menus at the top of the page. A welcome packet, a list of local Services, and some frequently asked questions (FAQ's) have been created to aid our homeowners (see tabs at top). Association files can be found under Documents. Please ensure the Association has your latest contact information, and your selection to receive communications by email, by visiting the Contact page.
2026 Annual Assessment Rate
Following the ratification of the 2026 annual budget, the 2026 annual assessment is $923.28. The board will be actively working in December to determine if there are any credits that may be applied to reduce this amount. $380.48 of the annual assessment is to fund the Repair & Replacement Reserves. (2026 reserve contribution is $15,600, divided by 41 lots).
The Board will deliver invoices to all homeowners in late December. The assessment may be paid in full prior to January 30, 2026. Optionally, the assessment may be paid in 2 equal installments of $461.64, no later than January 30 and April 30, 2026. All checks received prior to January 1, 2026 will be deposited on January 2, 2026, to avoid managing any prepaid assessments in the prior calendar year's financial statement.
